This is a collection of media from the initial runs of "Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster" (1966) in the Pacific Northwest. Portland lucked out with "Dr. Who and the Daleks" (1965) as the second feature while Seattle got 1964's "Agent 8 3/4."
