Reptilicus (1961)
“Reptilicus” is a 1961 Danish-American monster film that revolves around the discovery and subsequent regeneration of a prehistoric reptile. The story begins when Danish miner Svend Viltorft unearths a section of a giant reptile’s tail in the frozen grounds of Lapland. The tail section is transported to Denmark’s Aquarium in Copenhagen for scientific study. Due to a mishap, the tail section begins to thaw and starts regenerating. The regenerated creature, named “Reptilicus” by Professor Otto Martens, wreaks havoc from the Danish countryside to the streets of Copenhagen

The Centurion (1961)
“The Centurion” is a 1961 historical drama film set in 146 BC in Greece. The film, directed by Mario Costa, is centered on a love story against the backdrop of the Battle of Corinth. The main characters are a Roman centurion named Caius Vinicius and Hebe, the daughter of a local governor with anti-Roman sentiments. The drama unfolds as protests break out in Corinth against Roman domination, injuring Caius Vinicius. He is rescued by Hebe, who is being unsuccessfully wooed by the governor’s second-in-command, the villainous Diaeus.
