3D mania continues! "Man in the Dark" was released two days before "House of Wax," making it the first 3D feature from a major studio. Arch Obeler's "Bwana Devil" was still first.

The following is a collection of print media from the initial runs of 1953's "Man in the Dark" in the Pacific Northwest. It played both Seattle and Portland with 1953's sci-fi classic "The Magnetic Monster."
